Do you charge for the discovery call?

No. The first 30 minutes are free, no obligation. If we aren't a fit, we'll usually point you to someone who is.

How are projects priced?

Fixed-fee whenever scope allows, with a written statement of work before any commitment. Retainer engagements are billed monthly. Hourly is reserved for advisory work where fixed-fee doesn't make sense.

What size of company do you typically work with?

Most clients are between 20 and 250 employees, but we also advise startups and larger organizations on specific projects. The right question isn't headcount — it's whether you have a real problem we can solve.

Do you do break-fix or emergency support?

For existing clients on a retainer or managed-services plan, yes. For new prospects in active emergencies, we'll either stabilize the situation on an hourly basis or refer you to a specialist if it's outside our wheelhouse.

Are you available outside business hours?

Migrations and cutovers usually happen on evenings and weekends — we plan for that and don't charge after-hours premiums for scheduled work.

Do you sign NDAs?

Always. We're happy to use yours, or send ours if you'd prefer. Confidentiality is the default for every conversation regardless.
